FAQ
Answers about credits, references, Remake, Canvas, history, failures, and top-ups.
How do credits work?+
Credits are consumed by generation jobs. Image cost depends on model and image parameters; video cost depends on model, resolution, duration, and audio support; Remake charges each generated shot separately. The backend calculates the actual cost.
Can I use reference images or videos?+
Yes. Image supports reference images when the selected model allows them. Video supports image, video, and audio references through upload slots and @ Elements.
What is Remake?+
Remake analyzes a short source video, creates an AI storyboard, and lets you generate localized shots one by one. It is designed for short drama clips rather than long films.
Does Canvas generate directly?+
No. Canvas is currently a local workflow design board. It helps you plan prompt, image, video, and history nodes, but it does not call the backend, generate outputs, or consume credits.
How do I find previous results?+
Use the History page to review Image, Video, and Remake jobs. You can filter, search, open outputs, download results, and view job details.
What should I do if generation fails?+
Open the job detail, record the job ID, model, parameters, credits before and after, and the visible error message. If credits were charged for a failed job, refund protection should return them automatically.
Can I test long videos?+
Not yet. For Remake beta testing, use short clips around 5-30 seconds. Long videos and automated stitching/export should wait for a later workflow pass.
How do I top up credits?+
Online checkout is being migrated. Please contact an administrator for top-ups.

Keep your test reports practical
When something fails, a job ID and a short screen recording are usually enough for the team to investigate.
